I am trying to do a study on Junia in Romans 16:1-2 and 7 as well as in the New Testament Corpus. I have tried these searches: Junia NEAR Apostle Junia NEAR Paul
Use the templates in the Search pane. Click on the three horizontal lines next to the word "Bible" above the search text field. It will open up a lot of different choices for you. It will create the proper search syntax for you, and you'll learn how to type it yourself.
Junia is mentioned only in RM 16:7, as far as I know. And Paul, the writer of Romans, doesn't refer to himself by name (except in Letter beginnings and rare exceptions, currently only the parties in the Corinthian Church come to mind). <Person Paul> will help to get the "my/with me" references in Rm 16:7, so Junia NEAR <Person Paul> will work.
The two potential hits of Junia and apostle are too far away for a NEAR search (Greet A & J, ... fellow jews... prison... outstanding among the apostles...), whereas a bible search for Junia AND Apostle will work - provided you have "match all word forms" turned on - since the reference is in the same verse. For hits that may cross verse boundaries, it's often better to do a basic search against the bible (where AND will find all hits in the same chapter) and manually set a proximity range as you see fit, e.g. Junia WITHIN 100 WORDS Urbanus.
