I'm looking for one of my downloaded commentaries.  I know I have it because I accessed it on my pc earlier today but now it doesn't show up when I use my Kindle Fire HD10.

This isn't the first time this has happened... it's never shown my entire library.

Welcome to the forums. The resource doesn't show up where? in the library - did you download it to the device?

I think the point may be that the mobile app is not designed to automatically download all books from the complete library - after all, the library may use over 100GB on a desktop (that's why now even on desktop there's now the option to only carry parts of it and "downloaded" is a meaningful distinction). Downloaded on one device - such as your PC - doesn't mean downloaded on all devices.

The library on mobile should find the commentary and give you the option to download it. From the forums I heard that sometimes it may take a bit after a new buy or a new release of a book to progress through all of the servers and be available on the mobile app - I can't speak to it out of experience, though.

Welcome Dan! [:)] Sorry you are having troubles [:s]

Screenshots with explanations might be instructive. we don’t have enough info from you to diagnose your specific issue. The book could be in your library but you have it filtered for downloaded resources. It could also be that your app is corrupted and needs to be reinstalled. That is the nuclear option,  so don’t run to it unless really necessary.

on iOS There is a command which can be used, but I don’t think they have implemented it on android.

Have you tried a full re boot of the device?
