Hi Wade, thank you for providing a screen recording of this issue and I'm sorry you are experiencing this. I am working on recreating this issue and so far have not been able to. Do you know roughly how many sermons you currently have? I am testing it with a fairly small amount on my account and the difference in the amount could be what is causing the blinking when the popup first loads everything.

I am having the exact same problem. It makes the docs window unusable for me. I have 380+ sermons in Logos. I have a hard time making the problem happen, but it happens often. Sometimes it stops after a moment, other times it does not ever stop. Logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling, it still does it.

I have this problem too (and have had it for quite a while . . . perhaps since Logos 8 or 9). Often if I am patient and lucky enough, it will stop blinking just long enough for me to click what I need (but not always) . . . it's very annoying.
I'm attaching a video I took of the problem: Logos Docs Blinking.MOV

One other thing to mention is that - when I close Logos on my desktop - the "Synchronizing" function takes FOREVER (upwards of 5-10 minutes . . . even if I haven't made any changes). The subtext to "Synchronizing" is "Logos will close once your documents and settings have been uploaded."
This happens nearly every time I close Logos. Perhaps it's a clue? Not sure, but it's clearly out there trying to do something with my documents (or maybe - somehow - I have something in a document that is somehow perpetually updating?
