Merge 2 Layouts

I have a few very involved Layouts with Multip[le Related Search Tab Groups (Hebrew Lemmas, Greek Lemmas, etc.)

I'd like to:

(1) Merge 2 Layouts or

(2) Copy Search Tab Sets from one Layout to another Layout.

Please advise if this can be accomplished and recommended methods.

As far as I know, neither are possible.

Adding to JT, adding layouts to layouts is an old request. (others requested, as well). The workaround (not very good), was to drag your tabs to a favorites group. Then, for any layout, you right-click the favorites group to open (add) the tabs. The 'not very good' is they're not linked, as would be with adding a layout.

I use this workaround if you're using a PC with windows. Open one of your layouts, open Snipping Tool, copy just the names of the books you have open. Then go to your other layout and add the books from the Snipping Tool. I've only had to use this once, but it worked for me. Hope this helps...
