No Notes In Counseling Guide?

I don't know if this was intentional or just oversight, but all of the other guides have the ability to add notes except the Counseling Guide. Am I missing something?

That was one feature we were not able to implement with the Counseling Guide section. We appreciate your feedback and have a case open for it.
