Logos 9 Stops Responding when on Church WiFi

I have repeatedly run into a strange behavior with Logos 9 (currently 9.12). As far as I have found, this only happens on my church's WiFi: when I launch Logos in Windows 11, the application loads to the home screen. But when I click on the Layout button and choose a layout option, Logos never brings up that layout and basically stops responding to my clicks, even if I leave it for several minutes. I always have to shut the application down.

This has been 100% consistent in multiple attempts over several months. I have never run into this problem anywhere else, whether I am hardwired or using WiFi. Does it suggest that some Logos URL is being blocked at my church for some reason? Is there some other possible explanation - anything else I can look for?

Thanks.

At church, do you logon to the wi-fi the same way as everywhere else? Are you saying that the app loads to the Home Screen only at Church?

Have you discussed the situation with the church's Support person?

Dave would know more about this but I am curious about the connection between wifi and opening layouts. You should not need wifi to open layouts, although Logos might search for new layouts from the cloud. Presumably, if you were to turn WIFI off, your problem should be fixed (if WIFI really is the issue).
