Community Tags VS Labels...Best Practice?
Ok, so I regularly use Community Tags for resources that have not really been touched by Faithlife yet in regards to tagging. I also use Labels for some "Private Datasets" my question is what is best practice, Tags vs Labels since Community Tags changes resources for everyone and not just me?
Thoughts?

They serve very different purposes so my view of "best practice" is to use the one that fits.
- Community tags provide the basic BK (Bible Knowledgebase) links where Faithlife has not. Use this tool for tagging and help everyone.
- Labels (1) with Sermon labels if you add a Label with FL names and attributes, the sermon will appear in the Sermon guide section. I strongly believe this is how all Faithlife labels should work (see User coding of system labels | Faithlife I would like to see these treated as community tags i.e. everyone Benefits
- Labels (2) user defined labels - these are the solution whenever you want to maintain a searchable piece (or pieces) of data attached to the selected text.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Neither truly make up for a lack of tagging by FL since they require a different Search. But a Basic Search with Community Tags is not restricted, and they are shared whilst a Search for Labels can be restricted (to a collection or resource) and they are private.
I much prefer Labels.
