BUG: error in capitalization in citation

Citation:[quote]Prokurat, Michael, Michael D. Peterson, and Alexander Golitzin. The a to Z of the Orthodox Church. Lanham, MD: Scarecrow Press, 2010.

Note the A in "A to Z" should be capitalized. The same error may occur in the other volumes of this series.
