Anyone know where I can find a copy of the Moscow Statement of 1976?

This is an Orthodox/Anglican document from which the quote “We know, receive, and interpret Scripture through the Church and in the Church.” comes. My inability to find it - Logos or Google - only reminds me how much I wish Faithlife would pair with denominations to carry basic church documents.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Fantastic - somehow with Google Moscow Statement 1976 didn't get it. I knew it just HAD to be somewhere.

Strange. It's also the first hit when I search with just those keywords. Maybe you had a typo?

I think I put Moscow statement in quotation marks.

This is one place I am jealous off you Roman Catholics. Verbum has brought a multitude of church documents to your fingertips. I wish I had that. But we are, unfortunately, a fractured community with a divided market.
More realistic, I think would be ecumenical documents - and I say this as a member of a church body that is not active ecumenically... I look at https://archive.org/details/faithandorderpapersdigitaledition and am amazed at how the WCC seems to want their texts out there in the digital world and wish Logos/Faithlife would be able to work with them.
Things I would like from the above:
Baptism, Eucharist and Ministry - the 1982 "Lima Document" - marked up as a hypertext so it can be linked
The many volumes of Churches respond to BEM
The four volumes of Growth in Agreement.
