Canoeing the Mountains formatting??

I recently purchased:

Bolsinger, Tod. Canoeing the Mountains: Christian Leadership in Uncharted Territory. Westmont, IL: IVP Books, 2018.

If anyone else has this in their library, is it poorly formatted or do I have some settings not adjusted properly? Thanks.

I do not have this book. Is it a Faithlife eBook? It may be the result of how the file that Faithlife received from the publisher.
