New devices do not show up
I've had lots of trouble in the recent past with Logos (desktop and mobile) not treating mobile devices the way it's supposed to, and this shows up whenever I've gotten a new phone. I've spent lots of time talking with support folks and people in the forum about this: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/202771/1179160.aspx.
Now, it's even worse because the new device doesn't even show up anywhere within my account, even after several days at https://www.logos.com/account/devices or anywhere else. (My current phone I've had for almost 4 days.) Has anyone else had similar problems?

Thank you for the report. We identified a bug that impacts users with a significant number of devices wherein newly registered devices do not display properly. We are actively working on a fix and apologize for the inconvenience.

Thanks, Nate. I should point out that I now have only one mobile device listed (and one I would LIKE to be listed). I'm not sure how many it takes to get to a "significant number". [:)]

I have the same problem. I had over 5 or 6 devices at one time but reduced this to 1.
I have tried to add my tablet but this refuses to show up.0 -
Has this been fixed. My mobile tablet is not showing up under my desktop library as a device. I even checked books that I downloaded on the tablet and under information on the desktop it does not even have a mobile device listing anymore.

An update to this issue. My suspicion is that it is somehow related to my FL account rather than anything specifically with my PC or phone or the software that resides upon them. To test this, my wife created an account. We uninstalled L10 (mobile) on her phone then reinstalled it and logged into her account there. Then, I CTRL-started L10 on my PC and logged into here account there as well. (Previously, L10 was on her phone and PC but logged into my account.) The only thing different now is that in both devices (the PC and her phone), we're using her account. As I expected, it is working and the device shows up in the library in L10 (Desktop; Win 11). Here's what is missing when I start L10 (or L9) under my account:
When I am logged in, the device does not show up in the library "Devices" column and the "DEVICES" section of the resource info pane does not show up at all.
I know this is a small issue on the global scale, but it's pretty huge for me. But the good news is that I'm $aving a bit since I'm not tempted to spend money as long as it seems like the issue isn't really being addressed. [8o|] This test I ran, in fact, seems to indicate that the wrong team may have been looking at it.

Thank you for your update, Lew. This issue actually ended up involving a few different teams, so it has taken a little longer to be resolved. Nonetheless, we are working on fixing this completely. We apologize for this issue and appreciate your patience!

I was checking on this, as the devices not appearing in the desktop app is impacting me, but just to update, and I am not sure when this changed, but you can now download more than 100 resources at a time as per https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024998132-Logos-Mobile-Download-Resources, which for me at least significantly mitigates the issue.
