How to hear the Manuscript and not the Lemma pronounced?

I think the title pretty well states my question.

I know how to access the rt-click menu to hear the Lemma pronounced, but is there a way to hear the manuscript form pronounced?

The only way I know how to do this is to listen to one of Greek or Hebrew audio Bibles.
