Finding dates and events on Timothy
Hey everyone,
I'm trying to understand how to use Logos in different situations.
What I'm trying to work out is when 1 Timothy was written, and what Timothy had done up until that point in his ministry.
I'm absolutely sure Logos can help me with this information but I'm not sure how to find it out.
So, 1. when was 1 Timothy written? I'm sure that's easy enough.
2. What had Timothy done in his ministry up until receiving that later?
What would be the tools and workflow to find this out.
Sorry for what I'm guessing is a basic question.

The Bible Book Explorer tool will give you the date written - first page shown below;
I don't find much of interest on the timeline when I filter by Timothy

When I want detailed information regarding a book off the bible I enter it into Factbook and scroll down to the section called Bible Guide. There Logos will gather from you library information on origin, background etc. Here is a screenshot:
You will also find an extensive gathering of other pertinent information to the book.
