No. You can't even open Handouts on the Mac. And, you won't be able to for a while.

As has been mentioned in a number of other threads, we're not implementing it on the Mac until it's re-written on Windows, and there's no set date for when that re-write will occur.

No! - but if you use your email address as a forum name you are likely to be offered all sorts of handouts by those operating spam collection services.
