PDF and other files
Is it possible to insert pdf and other files into LOGOS? I'm thinking of Kindle files, pdfs, etc. Thanks!

Not exactly. You can create personal books using the personal book builder. To do so requires a Microsoft Word (.docx) file.
<IF> you can legally do so and
<IF> you have the technical ability to do so
You can import them through that means.

Kind of.
PDF’s are unusual because they are really folders. Some have photos, others have text. Many public domain PDF’s are simply photographs of pages. That would create a very large file in Logos and not be very usable. To get a more usable book, you need text recognition software And good quality images.

I know that this is not what you are asking, but I put some of my pdf files in a favorites folder. There are some documents that Word does not convert correctly and it would take too much manual work to edit. I cannot search them, but I can click on the title in "favorites" and it opens up the pdf.
I have also created a note file that has the pdf titles which will show up in searches. It's far from perfect, but I do have all my documents in one place (sort of) and that is helpful.

The files that word does not convert correctly are most likely the ones that are simply photographs of pages [No text layer]. The one that took the photographs did not do use text recognition software and most likely did not produce good quality images [300 dots per inch or higher]. [And thus, we cannot use our good text recognition software [OCR] to get a readable resource from the PDF file. So we need to do a lot of editing on the file!]
