Yes it does seem a bit odd. Perhaps they are releasing it as an ebook to see how sales fly before updating it to a Logos volume. Thanks for the tip, I have placed my preorder.

So, is the ebook format a sort of “sub-reader version“? I get the difference between Reader and Logos editions. I’m not clear on what “ebook” quality means.

I'll see if I can find a thread where Mark Barnes (a FL employee) chimes in. However, there is a different issue here: FLEB titles use a different sort of licensing agreements with the publishers. The prices are more heavily controlled by the publisher... They are auto converted resources directly from the publisher files.
