Too many In The Heavenlies Commentary Copies
This search gives me 3 commentaries by Stewart Custer — 2 for $10.99 and 1 for $17.49. Is there a difference between all these? What does the $17.49 version has that the $10.99 doesn’t? Or is this a mistake?

The product pages say the $17.49 version has two resources while the $10.99 only has one - but unfortunately doesn't explain what the resource(s) is/are

If you scroll down to: "This title is included in the following collections"
You'll find that both the commentary and the notes are included in the $17.49 2 vol. set.
It's strange that the commentary and the notes have the same ISBN in all four listings.
