Just a thought, but controversial I am sure.

I'm a thinking ... one has to have a PHD of the inner workings of the 7th dimension to understand some things.... and that leaves me out... since I can't even pronounce Logos right....  lets see.... Lou gaws..... Luu guus .... Law gaws.... Log O S.... and then the Canadian way with "eh" on the end....[8-|]

The L word certainly can be pronounced differently,,even within a given country.  People all have different skills,,as God surely made us as.

To over-Canadian, one can say, 'Howzit goin, eh?'  I stick with, 'How are you?', rather than the Bob + Doug Mckenzie stuff from the 80's.  I found that embarrassing.

Whilst the oxymoron of an 'over-Candian' is puzzling I will pass over that and tell you that I try and avoid asking questions that I don't want the answer to. I stick with 'Greetings Brother/Sister'.

However to the oft repeated instruction 'Have a nice day', my stock response is 'I'm sorry I've made other arrangements!'.

How quickly we moved from bumping to alternative universes (7th dimension) ...

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

In my travels.. I spent some time in Saquenay. CA.... many and most of the people there speak French... and when they do talk " Anglish" they end with "eh"....  so I answered one day and ended with "eh".... and they replied in French.... I was told that if I answered with "eh" it was an invitation to speak in French....

I was there for several months.. and learned to love the Canadians.... still email friends there...

And I'm learning that between the Canadians and the British... the American English is surrounded.... I guess the only choice us Americans have is to convert you guys... [8-|]

Talk about the 7th dimension.... that's about like the 7th heaven isn't it?? lol

To tell the truth about bumping.... It's probably a way of bringing attention to something or keeping a thread active... which doesn't hurt anything....

'over-Canadian; is just a little poetic twinge.

'over-Candian' is merely a mixed spelling opportunity.

Well, we have a ready-made theme song for those anti-bumpers...

For those not offended by the 70s characterization of a body-positive birthing person, here's the link to some cultural history.

    All in fun.

Eating a steady diet of government cheese, and living in a van down by the river.

Wouldn't it be great if world leaders could joke with each other as we do on the forums?
