Don't know when it happened, as I have not felt the need for this file in many months, but it is now MIA.

I'm confused how it's missing, I see it on my installation. What do you mean by Application Menu, you show it in your screenshot. You would need to type something in the menu in your screenshot.
In my screenshot, I show Help highlighted with a blank menu below the menu bar, It should be showing "Logos Help," which is what I see in any other Mac app.
Yes, that is the way it has behaved since 8.17, I checked. I will certainly write up a case suggesting we add that.
Thank you. I seldom access the help file, but the present arrangement seems to make it very difficult for a new user to find. It is also very un-Mac-like, whatever that means [:P]
