In Bibles, there some information about words are tags of various kinds, while others are labels. For example, Greek/Hebrew morphology are tags and various types of figures of speech are labels.
I am trying to wrap my mind around the difference between tags and labels in Bibles. The search syntax is different. For various fields (tags?), you enter the field name and the data in brackets:
<Lemma ~ lbs/he/כָּבֵד:1>
<LSTO = Providence>
But for labels the search syntax is:
{Label Figure of Speech WHERE Name ~ "Apostrophe"}
Is there a conceptual difference for the type of data called labels versus those call fields? Is the difference the label covers a larger section of the document than a word (thus the curly brackets)? Are there different capabilities and limitations between fields (tags?) and labels?
I probably incorrectly call them all tags. But since the search syntax is different, there must be a conceptual difference between these types of data.
Can someone help me understand the difference or point me to documentation that will explain all of this terminology.
