I have access to Faithlife TV through my Connect No Library subscription, but what if I were to cancel connect, will I lose access to Faithlife TV? I only use it to watch my Zondervan courses there.

It's my understanding that you would be able to watch videos you have purchased, but you would lose access to everything else.
