POSSIBLE BUG: Personal Book Font Color

In light mode, my personal books look fine with nice black font. However, in dark mode it is this off gray color as opposed to the white text of other books. Any ideas on how to fix this or is this a bug?

Curious about font color in Personal Book docx ?
On macOS Monterey, my Personal Book Bible has white and red text in dark mode (with docx not specifying font color)
