BUG: Closing one filter closes another in notes

When I close ONE filter preference Logos unhelpfully closes another. In my screenshot, when I click the second "x" (by the red arrow), it closes the first one. This causes much duplication of effort.

I am able to reproduce this as well. I will write up a case and get it submitted.
