BUG: "No Notebook" unavailable from list

I am in the process of organizing my notes. In the process of moving notes into notebooks, the "no notebook" category now contains less than the number of notes in my 30th shown notebook (the maximum number shown). This is unacceptable. As mentioned in another thread, "no notebook" should be stuck to the top at all times.
