Constantly freezes when trying to open docs

I run Logos on my Surface Go 2 in desktop mode. Whenever I try to open a doc it constantly freezes and hangs up until u have to shut it off. This device is purely a logos machine, I run nothing else on it. It is still able to open resources but really struggles with tools and guides. Just a blank white screen

I don't know anything about this device, but a quick search for reviews suggest that it is quite an underpowered device and sluggish.

If you have the basic machine with 64GB eMMC storage and a mere 4GB of RAM you are well below Recommended Hardware specs for Logos. The upgraded version with 128GB SSD, and 8GB of RAM is much closer to the mark, but the processor is still slow.

It is still able to open resources but really struggles with tools and guides.

And indexing would be painfully slow on the basic machine (I used to run Logos on a similar machine with Win 8.1).
