I can see a list of my sermons on the ipad, but they appear to be in a random order. Is there a way to sort them. Preferably by date?

They are currently sorted by creation date - unlike on desktop where they are sorted by last modification date.
I agree it would be good to have better control over this - there is a feedback item regarding this at https://feedback.faithlife.com/boards/logos-mobile-app/posts/sermons-make-sermon-mode-sermons-sortable and I would encourage you to vote for it.
This is why I always indeed the main Scriptural passage as a part of the sermon title. Then I can search by just Luke or James or Kings.
Thanks, Graham and Kenneth. On the Mac I use the “Occasion Date” and can always find what I’m looking for, but without this feature on the mobile app, putting the passage reference in my title would work.
