I thought at one point note files were sharable, that is people could add to them. This seems no longer the case. Does anyone knows when this was stopped?

    Why do you think this can no longer be done?

    I've just tried it and it worked fine. Please provide more details.

    They can be shared if you are in a FaithLife group with the person. A friend of mine and I have been doing this as we work our way through Psalm 119.

    Click on Notes -> Notebook Tab -> Click the notebook you'd like to share and you should see three dots with an option to Share the Notebook, as shown here:

    You'll then be brought to a window with two tabs, 'Public' and 'Group' in case you'd like to make the document public. Otherwise you can share the Notebook with a group in FaithLife. I've taken a screenshot of this for your convenience, which you can see here:
