I miss when Faithlife used to do webinars and we could have live Q&A with a Faithlife employee. Bring them back please. Maybe quarterly or even 3 times a year for an hour would be manageable. A lot of new functionality and a lot of changes have happened since the last time Faithlife did webinars and it would be great to do a reset on webinars for new and long-time users.
The webinars don't have to only (or even primarily) be feature-oriented, they could also be topic-oriented, maybe something to do with practical ministry or a certain type of topic or approach to study. The value-add here is that some people learn better with live instruction with a chance for Q&A versus just watching a pre-recorded video, and it gives Faithlife and its customers a chance to interact live.
[Yes, I know about Morris Proctor's webinars, Faithlife's were better in my opinion, no knock against Morris Proctor. Plus, I don't agree with the model of farming out all of your live training to a third party; show some ownership for your own product and allow MP to be a supplement rather than a necessity. We actually enjoy engaging with Faithlife employees, I think it makes us feel more connected with and excited about the product, at least that was my experience.]
