Be delighted about how much recovers nicely from cloud, one drive, drop box, and installation synchronization
Friday working with Verbum 9.14 notice the snapshots of layout are something that appears to have been lost. No matter how far back I scroll there are no snapshots.

I do not recommend trying to replicate all these steps ...

Layout images are not synced. They are just kept locally. If you reinstalled from scratch, then it is expected behavior that they are no longer available.
