Why is this only in audio?

There are a bunch of books that are only in audio. I don't know why. Probably has to do with rights, but it's irritating when it's a book you want, and it's not available in a Logos or e-book edition.
Here are some others that have this problem.
Published by Ligonier Ministries:
- A Field Guide on False Teaching (audio)
- In the Year of Our Lord: Reflections on Twenty Centuries of Church History (audio)
- 5 Minutes in Church History: An Introduction to the Stories of God’s Faithfulness in the History of the Church (audio)
- Show Me Your Glory: Understanding the Majestic Splendor of God (audio)
- Lessons from the Upper Room: The Heart of the Savior (audio)
- Let Us Worship God: Why We Worship the Way We Do (audio)
- Saved from What? (audio)
- Luther and the Reformation: How a Monk Discovered the Gospel (audio)
- Root & Fruit: Harmonizing Paul and James on Justification (audio)
- The Necessity of Reforming the Church (audio)
- Alive: How the Resurrection of Christ Changes Everything (audio)
- The Lord’s Supper: Answers to Common Questions (audio)
- Baptism: Answers to Common Questions (audio)
Published by Zondervan:
- Keys to the Deeper Life (audio)
- John Stott on the Bible and the Christian Life: Six Sessions on the Authority, Interpretation, and use of Scripture (audio)
- Making Small Groups Work: What Every Small Group Leader Needs to Know (audio)
- Life-Changing Prayer: Audio Bible Studies: Approaching the Throne of Grace (audio)
- A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23 (audio) - 2008 edition
- A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23 (audio) - 2003 edition, but still no print edition! This is one I've been wanting.
- From Social Media to Social Ministry: A Guide to Digital Discipleship (audio)
- The Case for a Creator: A Journalist Investigates the New Scientific Evidence That Points Toward God (audio)
- Making Vision Stick (audio)
- Parable Church: How the Teachings of Jesus Shape the Culture of Our Faith (audio)
- Seeking Allah, Finding Jesus: Third Edition with Bonus Content, New Reflections (audio)
That's just from going through one page (of 23) of search hits on Zondervan audio books and looking them all up to see if there was a corresponding print version. I don't have time to do all the rest of the catalogue, but I suspect there are lots more.

Thanks Rosie, I had not done a search yet, but yes it can be a little disconcerting- I guess there must be a need there for others.

Seems odd to me that Ligonier would grant audio rights but not book rights, especially when they have a number of other resources in Logos. Definitely a mystery.

Yes it is a mystery. It seems to me that Logos is trying to promote audio products. While sometimes I do listen to audio bibles for the most part I would much rather read the text than listen to it. I can read it faster and comprehend it deeper by reading and studying it.

They need to do a better job with the TOC for audiobook and audio lectures. They’re not providing titles only “episode 1, 2, 3, etc.“ That doesn’t help to navigate the subjects being discussed.
