Reading on ipad and PC.
I bought the iPad to read books for seminary. I am now starting a class and not having the ability to highlight is making this app useless. I thought I could just open L4 on my PC and highlight there as they are supposed to sync together and I won't have to spend the time finding where I am in the book on the PC, but no luck. I have tried everything, closing and reopening the book, closing and reopening the program, syncing L4, nothing seems to work.
Anyone have any ideas, I was sure I read somewhere that this cloud thing was supposed to sync across all platforms. Highlighting in the ipad app would really be appreciated, it would make life so much easier.

That (and notes) is why after much angst I wound up not buying the iPAD--just recently ordered a Win7 Tablet instead so I have full Logos capability in a "portable" computer form that I could concievably use in church contexts.
I've read elsewhere that Logos has (undefinded) plans to tailor (extend?) their iPAD app. I'd certainly hope that means at least being able to view highlighting and notes, if not actually edit it.
If immediate highlighting/notes via iPAD is critically important now, then you could remote your PC desktop onto the iPAD...very choppy unless you are WiFi'ing onto the same LAN as your PC though, and the user/L4 interface will be a bit challenging to use from an iPAD.
