Logos 7 crashing

I can load the Logos 7 app with no problem but shortly after I enter a command to go to a scripture reference, the software shuts down.

I recommend you install the free Logos 9 engine available at https://www.logos.com/product/194909/logos-9-basic and see if that resolves the issue
