Help! Did Personal Books change?

I tried to set up a new personal book... but now the headings seem to be formatted differently after the book is compiled... what am I missing?

    Unfortunately, we need the .docx file to see what the input actually is and, no, a copy & paste of the file is no sufficient. We need to see the actual formatting as Word interprets it.
