B3 won't open NIV Bible

When I type OPEN THE NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION - the Command gets parsed properly - but it will not open the NIV. I try to go to the Library - find it in the Library list - select it and it simply ignores the command. B3 doesn't crash or hang - it just ignores the command to open the NIV. Screenshots would not be helpful in this instance - nothing really to see. I am using SPACES - has there been any known problems with SPACES and L4?

Typed in the Command Bar on the Home Page the above, and Open NIV (which takes a lot less typing) both obey the command.

Going to the library and typing either of the above commands in the search bar will not open the NIV.

On my set up it necessary to either  'double click' on the selected book, or right click on book and select one of the three options to open, all of which work here.

I am using SPACES - has there been any known problems with SPACES and L4?

As far as I am aware there have been no problems reported using spaces. Here, taking the Library Panel to a different space (and as it happens to a second monitor) to the 'Logos Box'; 'Open' and 'Open in a New Tab' do as expected switching the space back to the 'Logos Box' in the process. 'Open in a Floating Window' opens in the same space but on the second monitor.
