I am taking this to mean all of your books in any collections all at once. If so, I don't believe there is any way to do this - it would require some sort of inCollection tag which doesn't exist.
What are you trying to do with this?

Could you clarify? You're trying to get a list of all your collections, with nested lists of all the books in each of them (knowing that there would be lots of redundancy in this big list, if you tend to have books in more than one collection)?
There's no way to do that all in one go, as far as I know.
But you can Print/Export each of your collection lists, one by one, and then you could combine those.
I fail to see the usefulness of such a long list, since you can call up the list of any one of your collections in the Collections tool any time you want. I'm not sure how visually scanning lists and lists of collections would be useful.

You and the other poster understood my question correctly. I don't use the tags to put books into collections because I want to do it manually. I just would like to see all my books in collections in a long list so I can see if I need to any any into collections that aren't currently in one.

You could create a collection using * as the Rule and then manually add each of your other collections to the "Minus these resources" box.

Then it sounds like what would really help is a way to see a list of all your books that aren't in any collection, rather than a long list of all your books that are in collections. Amiright?
Did you know that there's a "Collections" section in the Info panel in the library that shows what collections that book is in? This would be a bit time-consuming, but you could select the first book in your library and open up the Info panel, and then down-arrow your way through all your books in your library looking for ones that had nothing in that Collections area. Not as quick as doing a visual scan of a list, but since you'd have to drag each one into a collection anyway to resolve the problem that it isn't in one yet, you'd need to do this methodical march through your library anyway. You couldn't do that from a static list.
