Every time I open L4 Mac B3, the order of items on the ribbon changes, but the Customize button does not allow me to rearrange them. Then, when I open L4 Win the rearrangement is synched.
Toolbar corrections made on L4 Mac are also not being synced to L4 Windows.
Using Sync Now command, can sync changes between computer and Logos servers - able to propagate shortcut bar changes between L4 Mac and L4 Windows and back:

I ran the 'Sync Now' command multiple times on the Mac and Windows versions and still my changes to the shortcut bar are not coming across to L4 Win. Something is obviously broke or I am missing something.

For this discussion, added couple shortcuts on Mac B3, Sync Now, switch to PC B3 on laptop, Sync Now, added another shortcut and changed order, Sync Now, back to Mac, Sync Now propagated shortcut addition and order change (previously used similar process to propagate layouts).
