Is there a way [without clicking with the mouse] to go from verse to verse after a search is made?
Yes, but you have to set it up.
First, Open the Location bar and then make certain the navigation is set to search result. Then use Alt + UP or DOWN to move between search hits.
Alternately if you've clicked on one of the up or down arrows and it is surrounded by a dotted line you can just hit ENTER.
