Stop Automatically Setting Note Icons and Highlight Styles

Please allow us the ability to set a default "Note Style." I get very annoyed with the notes automatically adopting the same icon/highlight style as the previously created note. Very rarely do I want the program to do that. I would much rather have a default icon that I can set and if I need to change it when creating a new note, I can do so.
