July sales

I wonder whether the lack of post yesterday was an indicator that there was less enthusiasm than normal for this month's offers? I picked up Ross' 3rd volume in his Psalms commentary, although not a lot else grabbed my attention. The best commentaries sale is always nice and great to see 40% off the Baker NT commentaries, although still too expensive for me, given how many other commentaries I own.
A word of advice for users new to Faithlife, it's always worth seeing if something on sale is available in a collection and in particular in a legacy library before you buy in haste. One great example this month is:

Even if you don't own any books in the following legacy library, you'll save $9.99 and get many other books too.

I have asked this before, but I am always curious what makes them ranked the way they are (the best commentaries)?
Are they using data from what gets used the most by Logos users, are they copying the rankings from John Dyer's website bestcommentaries, is it based on sales, or is there something else going on?
Every now and then you see a ranking and a number is skipped. is that because of ones pulled due to plagiarism, or ones that are not arable in Logos format (and if that is the case does that prove that they would be using Dyer's website since his site includes volumes that might not be available in Logos)?

Based upon color of logo and the numerical ranking, it seems very closely based upon bestcommentaries.com
Making Disciples! Logos Ecosystem = LogosMax on Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Win11), Android app on tablet, FSB on iPhone & iPad mini, Proclaim (Proclaim Remote on Fire Tablet).

Yes the sale is based on bestcommentaries.com rankings. Yes, I noticed a few that aren't included because the books have been withdrawn due to plagiarism, but still ranked by bestcommentaries.com due to reviewer ratings.
