Is it is, or is it ain't in my library?
If this title is included in a collection I already own, then shouldn't I own it???

This appears to be a bug. We're looking into it. Thank you for letting us know.
For the record, the T&T Clark Old Testament in the New Testament Collection Upgrade (7 vols.) is indeed included in the 35 volume Library of New Testament Studies.
The bug appears to be related to the fact that you own only a small portion of that 35 volume collection, not all of it.
