couple of newbie questions

Fairly new to Logos and came across these 2 questions:

1. Created a sermon writer - then transferred my notes over from the sermon notebook - however none of the bible passages copied across linked. Not that important, but wondering why.

2. Is there a way to always copy/paste bible passages as 'lined'. Rather than having to right click then select lined. The default cmd+c copies it strangely like this 'English Standard Version chapter 21' i.e. no book included.

No.

And I can't comment on cmd+C being a Windows CTRL+C user.

This is, unfortunately, how the software works at the moment. It would be great if the passages copied across were linked.
