How Big is Logos 4 going to be?

With the latest Beta and the subsequent download orf 1.9 Gb, I have two questions:

1. How large is Logos 4 going to be? How much room will I actually need? For the program and the indexing and the all the new resources? 

2. When will it be possible to put things on partitions other than the C Drive? I made 8.2  Gb available and it is nearly gone. I have plenty of space partitioned off but cannot use it in the present condition. I feel like the guy who has to empty his entire garage to replace a dryer. (That is me this weekend!)
