Naming petpeeve

This is one of my annoyances with naming documents within Logos. 

Why can it not distinguish the difference between two different document types? Instead I either have to suffer with the (#) for every duplicate or go in and manually title each document something else that makes sense but that also unnecessarily extends the name. 

I know, it's not a big deal, but it is annoying.

I understand your displeasure, but it works for me as it alerts me to the fact that I have existing, another document with the exact same name.
