Granville Sharp is a snap with Bible Browser. Just begin to type "granv" with any Reverse Interlinear or Greek text and select Granville Sharp from the drop-down list on the left. See output below. For your first question, I'm going to need an example text.

Meanwhile, Jesus kept on growing wiser and more mature, and in favor with God and his fellow man.

I'm not sure of this, but using Ep5.19 as my test case, right click on "your" then searching on the morphology gives me the output below. Someone may correct my understanding of the morphology. But, this is a method of producing results. See below:

You can use Bible Browser as described i.e. click Start to undo previous queries then type genitive (or granville) and select "genitive absolute" (or "Granville Sharp").  Both should be under the heading of Grammatical Constructions.

An alternative is to do a Search from one of the passages supplied by Bible Browser e.g. Mt 7:26. Open your bible (NASB95, NRSV, ESV) to that passage and right-click on a word:

Select Granville Sharp and then Bible Search as shown above. A Search panel will open so you can run the search i.e.  {Section <GrammaticalConstructions = Granville Sharp>}.

If you can't find Grammatical Constructions in Bible Browser, you can't run this Search because you need to purchase a Feature Set.

As above, I found a true e.g. of the genitive absolute and was able to independently arrive at the same conclusion as Dave. My resource Hellenika identified Mt 9.18.

What I would add is you may find it helpful to add the SBLGNT (or your favorite Greek text) to your resource panel as shown.  And the search results identify 347 results in 268 verses. See below:
