After reading just a little bit of Hugh Ross' A Matter of Days in its free preview on my iPad, I decided to buy it.
Now I've paid for it, but I still have the www.freepreview.com banner at the top. How long before this goes away?

I've noticed the same thing last week regarding the free book preview on John Piper's book. I already owned the book but the banner was on top. For now, I would ignore the banner. I think it will still be displayed until the promotion is over. Once it is over, the banner will be gone, but your purchased book will stay in your library.
