HELP!!!! Problem loading PowerPoint slides on sermon

I began having this problem last night on a different computer and just thought it was that computer. Unfortunately, it is on other computers as well. My sermon will not load the slides. They are blank and take a really long time to load and will still load incompletely. When I try to edit the slides, I cannot load anything; it just spins as though it is trying to load but it will never load. I logged in online and it is doing the same thing. Are any of you experiencing this today or recently? I was unable to export the slides to PowerPoint, and the sermon did not contain an unusual amount of slides. I've restarted the program and the computer multiple times. I have signed out of Logos and back in. I have no clue!

Logos server outage. I had the same problem. I really feel for those subscribed to Proclaim who depended on the servers working. I manually made my slides in Powerpoint. Logos should have the media tool work independent of a Logos server connection.

Thank you. I was thinking that was maybe what had happened. I used to manually make all mine but haven't been. Thanks so much!

Another suggestion for Logos is to NOT release an update on Saturday or Sunday, when churches are busiest. 9.14 R1 was released yesterday so everyone opening their Logos downloaded the update and further taxed the server when many are preparing slides. Updates on weekdays may be inconvenient for Logos employees but they should consider the end users first.

I agree. I did not realize it had updated and actually was looking to see if there was an update I had missed. I also was unaware that portion depended upon their server. I didn't have the time to be able to make the slides and just joked we might turn off the AC and the lights to really go back in time. Simple can be good!
