Can't open Verbum 9

I just encountered this problem a few moments ago, for the very first time.

I am running Verbum on macOS. When I click the Verbum icon to start Verbum, I get the small window that asks me to sign in using my Faithlife account. I enter my email address and password, but the "sign in" button remains grayed out, so I cannot start Verbum.

Any ideas as to what is going on and how I could address the issue? Thanks!

This may fall under things you already tried, but did you try hitting "enter" after typing in the password?

That would suggest you were using the wrong credentials. Try again. If this continues I suggest you contact Customer Service

I tried my iPad and my Windows tablet. Verbum opened up without an issue on both devices. That perplexed me even more. So, I went back to basics. I started Verbum on my Mac and typed in the password manually, rather than have the password automatically fill in. That did it.

I still don't know why that sign-in window came up in the first place, but I'm up and running again.

The same thing happened to me recently. My solution and result was the same. So, your not alone. Some funny business with Logos.[^o)]

I didn’t realize that this was your issue, but I experienced this too recently. It is either a bug or a limitation of the software.
