Hi,

Not sure if it is a bug, can someone help confirm please, thanks.

I noticed that there is a "him" that was supplied in verse 7:9, which I can understand added to make it more readable. But, in verse 10 ... and granted "him" favor and wisdom ... clearly refers to Joseph (patriarch).

The context menu shows that "him" as tagged to Joseph ... definitely a bug of some sort.

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

    MJ, Thanks for reply,

10 and rescued him from all his afflictions and granted "him" favor and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt. And he appointed him ruler over Egypt and all his household.

The context Menu for the "him" within inverted commas, does not have Joseph (patriarch) tagged for my case.

Ah ... I have trouble reading dark mode - especially in screen shots. I thought you were using the NET Bible rather than LEB. You are correct that the tag is missing in the LEB - an error that should be reported.

It's not a LEB specific issue - also missing in NET Bible 2 (and 1):

I forget exactly which Greek resource is used for "base tagging" but I think it might be the Lexham Greek-English Interlinear New Testament whic does not have the word tagged either.
