Bug: Problem with Slides for Sermon

The slide that shows the Sermon title is not shown when going to 'Slides'.
Another (not so important) error:
If something was not typed for 'Heading 1' of a new sermon document, a slide will not be generated when going back to the document. Headings added afterwards will not be affected and simply pressing enter to bring down the header in question will allow a slide to be generated. Changing the text above to 'Normal' would be recommended to tidy the overall document.
- Changing the text of the header in question to 'Normal' and back to 'Heading 1' will also resolve the problem
