Israelite Feasts and Sacrifices interactive calendar: Chislev or Cheshvan?

I'm unclear why the Israelite Feasts and Sacrifices interactive calendar labels the eighth month "Chislev," which is an alternate spelling of Kislev, the ninth month (as it appears in the Lexham Bible Dictionary).

If I have it right, the eighth month is Bul (1 Kgs 6:38), Cheshvan, or Marcheshvan.

Hope your question gets answered but I thank Father for being introduced to this tool that I didn't know existed. Thank you.
